Got this 1977 Maxi-S as a
project bike from my cousin.

Gaddabout fairing, old-skool
racer cut frame, IRC tires.

Ported ZA50 2-speed, L-ring
Magnum bore.

Bing 17mm carb, fabricated
manifold.
|
|
Magnum exhaust & swingarm,
32 rear sprocket.
|
|
I miss the old-skool racer look
and decided to do a complete
rebuild with another frame.

Pretty rough condition when
breaking down.
|
|
Surface rust is bad since it
went deep.
|
|
Sweet, can't wait to get this
project going.

The clutch was blown!! (on
left) Previous tuner flipped
center of clutch and caused a
stress crack on 1st.
