(1991) Found frame & fork (paid $38-) from a scooter salvage yard in Montclair, California and ZA50 2-speed block from another salvage yard in Rialto, California.

2 months later... 65cc Autisa, Dellorto 19mm (flat slide) and more. Parts were chromed, powder coated or anodized and the frame/fairing was painted Candy Apple Porsche Magenta.

Project was slowly coming along then found my 2nd Maxi "N" that was mistakenly thrown away a few months later.

June (2006) Finally tore complete bike down to repaint, repolish, rebuild & tune. Here is my factory 1986 LS crank with needle bearing con-rod. Markings are 13B 2.

Touched up the ports & redid the 2nd gear mainshaft along with clutch work. BTW... I prefer reworking factory clutches since they can endure alot more torture!!

Repolished everything!! Removed "4" ribs from rear hub, tapered then polished. Also removed gold anodized color from silencer then polished.

Upon rebuilding my rear hub, I found stress cracks along "3" spokes which is why I have different rims stripped down. Could be from taking it on the freeway & hitting potholes.

Got my Brooks Saddle last year and need to chrome the undercarriage. Also fabricated new upper fairing. More to do!!
