slide) and more.  Parts were chromed,
powder coated or anodized and the
frame/fairing was painted Candy
Apple Porsche Magenta.
Project was slowly coming along then

mistakenly thrown away a few
months later.

80cc (first kit in USA) with 1986 LS
Maxi crank (pictured w/Bing  17mm)
August (2003)

sprocket & velocity stack on Dellorto
PHBG 21mm fitted.

Malossi exhaust hanger.
June (2006)
Finally tore complete bike down to
repaint, repolish, rebuild & tune.
Here is my factory 1986 LS crank
with needle bearing con-rod.
Markings are 13B 2.
Touched up the ports & redid the 2nd
gear mainshaft along with clutch work.
 BTW... I prefer reworking factory
clutches since they can endure alot
more torture!!
Repolished everything!!
Removed "4" ribs from rear hub,
tapered then polished.  Also removed
gold anodized color from silencer then
polished.
Upon rebuilding my rear hub, I found
stress cracks along "3" spokes which
is why I have different rims stripped
down.  Could be from taking it on the
freeway & hitting potholes.
Got my Brooks Saddle last year and
need to chrome the undercarriage.
Also fabricated new upper fairing.
More to do!!

December 2006
April 2009, coming out of storage and
starting to continue rebuilding.
Chrome, anodizing and refinishing
planned soon.
